Centers participating in the NexVal commitment.

A group of heart valve programs that have made a formal commitment to how they treat patients referred through the HIP.

The NexVal Center Commitment

Every NexVal Center has formally agreed to the following standards for individuals who use the HIP.

A person answers when you call

NexVal Centers have committed to providing a designated point of contact for individuals who contact them through the HIP.

A new medical opinion, wherever you are in your care

NexVal Centers will review your situation even if you aren’t already a patient and even if you’ve already been seen elsewhere.

If they can’t help, they’ll help identify a physician who can

If a requested therapy is not available through them, NexVal Centers have committed to helping individuals explore other centers or clinical trials.

Looking beyond what they offer themselves

NexVal Centers have committed to considering information about trials and therapies outside their own programs when appropriate.
