Carle’s Heart and Vascular Institute provides a heart valve disease program for aortic, mitral, pulmonic and tricuspid valve disease, including reoperation for valve disease. Valve procedures include transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve edge-to-edge repair (TEER), balloon aortic, mitral and pulmonary valvuloplasty, and transcatheter mitral valve-in-valve replacement, with care from heart surgeons, interventional cardiologists, anesthesiologists, echocardiographers and cath lab staff.
